About me
I’m a Mum to two wonderful girls who love helping me with my crystal bracelets and aromatherapy blends.
I found aromatherapy when my youngest wouldn’t sleep. Aromatherapy blends helped her settle as a baby when all else failed, and I went on to qualify as an aromatherapist.
I then found a love of crystal healing through my Mum’s work and went on to start creating tailor-made, chakra-aligned bracelets, using only the highest quality crystals.
Through my work, I’ve developed an interest in the mind-body connection and now offer NLP, Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching - a truly all-encompassing approach.
